Every VIVARTLY piece is a one-of-one original — hand-poured, hand-painted, created as a single edition. Because each piece is one of a kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged in Transit

If your piece arrives damaged, send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
