Dispatch Time
Ready-to-ship pieces leave our studio in 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order and custom pieces are poured and cured to order, and leave in 3–7 business days — the curing period is already included in this window.
Delivery
After dispatch, delivery takes 15–20 business days worldwide, fully tracked and insured. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from both windows.
Coverage & Shipping Rates
We ship to 40+ countries and regions worldwide; rates are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping on all orders over $150.
- Taiwan and Mainland China always ship free.
Each piece travels in a made-to-measure wooden crate or extra-thick cushioned packaging. A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the studio.
Duties & Taxes
Prices are shown in USD. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We declare all parcels accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts or understate value. If you are unsure about charges in your country, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Returns
All sales are final — every piece is a one-of-one original, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damage in transit: send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Once sold, a One of One's pattern retires instantly — it will never be recreated.
